1. Overview

The production logging tool (3 parameters) is to measure Gamma, Pressure and Temperature. The OD (outside diameter) of production logging tool (3 parameters) is 38mm (1-1/2″). The sub joint is made of special steel materials and other materials which has the performance of corrosion resistance. The tool has the transmitting method of mono cable Manchester's Code. It can undertake the logging task where well temperature is no more than 175℃ ( 350℉  ), pressure is no more than 100 MPa (14500PSI) both in the sea and on land.

2. Working Principle

Parameters Combination Production Logging Tool adopts telemetry mode, single core battery, 5.729 bps rate. The telemetry position indicator sends addresses to the other downhole tools; the other tools will send data back to telemetry position indicator after their own addresses received. The telemetry position indicator then sends the data which is combined and encoded by Manchester Encoding method to surface control system.
